FIRST RESPONDERS

Access to Public Access Defibrillators (PAD's) is a critical step in saving a life. Knowi ng where they are, and if you have one, registering it so the Emergency Services can tell callers where they are is crucial

Alness First Responders are happy to check on local PAD's and train people on their operation.  Just message us

If you have an AED/Defib, or know someone who does and they are happy to have it registered for public use in an emergency.  We encourage you to register it with National Defibrillator Network from British Heart Foundation.

​

Once registered, a 999 Operator will be able to direct members of the public to the defibrillator in an emergency.
